| Sunday, July 13, 2008 10:18 PM Hello, Just wanted to give you an update on our little girl! It's amazing how much shes changed in such a short amount of time! She is now 7lbs. and cute as can be! Still as rambunctious as ever! But she loves life and especially chasing and eating JUNE BUGS! She is working on her commands and in Aug we're going to start obedience school! I attached some recent pics for you to see how shes changed! The other westie is her best buddy Beasley! She loves following him around! It's like his little mini me! Hope you guys are doing well! Have a wonderful day! Always in Him, Mandy Saturday, September 06, 2008 11:00 PM Kelly, We got home safely and have to tell you: Thanks so much for raising such a good dog. When we arrived at your home we felt completely at ease and well we just felt like we were adopted by you and that if it were possible we'd adopt you all as part of our family as well. When we arrived at our Joplin destination things were 180 degrees opposite. Christine swears the dog is mal nourished and I don't think it had had a single bath. I think all of our nostril hairs have permanent curling, even my beard hair kinked up a bit tighter. Also you can feel every rib on this pup. He came with himself and a business card that had his date of birth that he'd had 3 puppy shots and had been wormed since 2 weeks of age. He hasn't had any rabies vaccines since she's not a vet. Now getting back to twister, he is very well behaved and has kind of taken this other pup under his wing. He wouldn't even get back into the crate till the other pup went in. We had to give the other pup a bath almost on arrival home. Until we put Twister in the tub with him he was freaking out with the water. It seemed Twister must have been sending him telepathic messages that things were ok. They are curled up together in Twister's carrier right now. He is already running around here like he owns the place! Here's some pics of all of us! We went to petsmart where he had a trim and they said that he was so sweet and did a great job! There was a lady who had 2 teenage girls and they just loved Jesse and was asking me where I found him. I gave her the doublemacres e-mail so you might just have another maltese to send to Ga! :-) Talk to you later! | Just in case you wonder who the boss is..... it's Pearl. She is a 6 year old Shih Tzu who sometimes thinks she is a bird dog. She can point and flush but has a little trouble making a large retrieve. Other times she is just as happy being a lap dog. Pearl is our official baby sitter if there is a baby or puppy around she's standing guard. |
